Deepen Your Practice Through Breath, Alignment, and Flow
2.5-Hour ImmersionYoga is a journey of "meditation in motion." While we often focus on the physical shapes, the true transformation happens when we sync our movement with our inner stillness. This 2.5-hour immersion is designed for two types of practitioners: the beginner looking to build a sustainable, aligned foundation, and the seasoned yogi ready to move beyond the "shape" and into the internal experience.
We will journey through three intentional pillars:
We begin by mastering the tools of internal regulation. We will practice Box Breathing for stability, Ujjayi to focus the mind, and Brahmari to soothe the nervous system. We will also explore Kapalbhati to build internal heat and Khechari to transition into a deeper state of awareness.
A deliberate Slow Flow where we hold postures longer to truly feel the practice. Instead of rushing, we find the specific alignment that works for you. By focusing on Drishti (gaze) and deep breathing, the physical session becomes a meditative experience—allowing you to "zone in" and find peace within the effort.
We conclude with two distinct stages of mental rest:
A seated practice to focus attention and settle the thoughts.
A full "mindful sleep" for deep, restorative relaxation, leaving you feeling completely integrated and renewed.
You will leave with a deeper understanding of your own alignment and the tools to make every future class a meditative experience.
